Deal and opportunity creation: Salesforce

If you're using Salesforce, your deal and opportunity creation will be different than other CRMs. 



At the end of a call -- Call Wrap-up -- you'll be able to link to Salesforce. Moreover, you can create an opportunity for the contact in question. 

There are a few opportunity-related questions to help you keep track of the essentials as you move towards a deal. 


Selecting an account that pertains to a deal brings up a different set of questions.
