Deal Gaps gives you the ability to set rules/criteria for a gap in a deal and then assign color coding based upon those rules for a rollup report. For example, in the screenshot below, you can see we've defined 'Yellow' deals as those with 2-3 gaps and 'red' deals as those with 4+ gaps.
The gaps can then be configured based upon simple rules tied to the CRM e.g. days in stage > 30 or 'next step' date is in the past, etc.
Once you have some rules set up, we'll show you the rollup values for the team or by rep. The Dashboard itself will also highlight the gaps for each deal so you can quickly identify problems in the pipeline.
