How do I manage users?

If you're a Costello admin, you're able to change and manage user permissions for people in your organization.

Overview 

In order to manage users just follow these steps:

  1. Head over to Users & Teams, where you'll find the list of the users on your Costello account

  2. Look at the Account Role drop down tab. This will indicate everyone's current role, including your own

Select the drop down arrow and change from user to admin or vise versa

Remember, you'll have to be an admin to authorize these changes.
