What's the resource library for?

A recent addition to the playbook editor is the resource library. If your reps keep running into the same things on calls, this is a great way to get a handle on them. 


Head to Admin > Playbooks & Resources > Resource Library to begin building. 


As the name suggests, these pieces are for handling objections. 

Add new objection responses by clicking New Objection or edit a current objection by clicking into the existing title under Objection Name. 

Notice that this can be applied to certain teams. Make sure the Teams feature is enabled, though. 

Competitors, Customer Stories, Value Props, Voicemail, Pricing, and Customer Quotes

The remaining categories work the same way as objections. 

Add content to these sections and let your reps get to work!
